Hi! I'm Rosie, a 30-year-old PhD student in Developmental (child) Psychology with 10+ years of experience working with young children. I'm a strong believer in the importance of creative and imaginative play, so I am always up for crafting, baking and outdoor play (whatever the weather). I'm respectful of children's individual likes, dislikes and needs and very happy to follow the child's lead. I love working with children of all ages, but I have particular experience with nursery and key stage 1. I have some SEND experience and would be happy to discuss working with children with additional needs on a case-by-case basis. Looking for regular work on 1-3 weekdays (Mon-Thurs), before or after school time. Also available for occasional childcare on weekends / Fridays / during the school day.
