About Me

I have a vast range of experience childminding children/babies from 1 month old to teenagers. I started part-time childcare in 2013 looking after Natasha when she was 2 and had sole charge for over 4 years.
I taught Natasha to swim and we both shared a passion for the outdoor life. Since then I have been pro-active in various jobs. I taught cookery to KS1 & KS2 in schools in the Buckinghamshire area & I also worked part-time for Rennie Grove Hospice care in Management along side nannying. Since September 2023 I have been working as a childminder two afternoons a week. Just after lockdown I looked after a one month old baby 5 mornings a week on a temporary basis which was an absolutely wonderful experience and such a joy. I am an extremely loyal, reliable, flexible and compassionate person. I play competitive tennis and enjoy cycling and cooking. I have 2 Portuguese Water Dogs that keep me very active walking twice a day. I have a can do positive attitude and really enjoy working with children/babies. I am on the committee for my local tennis club as a safeguarding officer.

My Experience

I have brought up my 3 boys and 3 step children. I have a wealth of experience childminding children/babies from 1 month old. I have taught swimming/cookery in schools and was a very active parent in my children's schools when they were young, helping to read and I set up a football and chess club. I am totally versatile, extremely hard working and love engaging with children and helping families getting organised.
