About Me
Hello I’m Niamh! I am 25 years old and live in Epsom. I am a nanny with almost 10 years of experience working with children.
I am available for nannying Monday and Tuesdays until 2pm, and Wednesdays until 12pm (term time only). I can also offer Friday full days in advance.
I enjoy planning engaging and exciting activities both at home, and out and about to support children’s development, and I have a sound knowledge on the EYFS, weaning and toilet training.
I am level 2 qualified in the children and young peoples workforce,and I have also studied a level 3 early years educator course. I am on the enhanced DBS update service, can drive to you and I have experience caring for newborn babies all the way up to teenagers.
My Experience
I now have almost 10 years of childcare experience. I started my apprenticeship when I left school and was working alongside a childminder. Afterwards I became part of a team in a pre-preparatory school which was extremely rewarding. I was a sole charge nanny for a lovely family for 3 years, followed by working in a day nursery for 3 years, and now I am a part time nanny for children who are 10 and 5. My experience varies from newborns to teenagers, I love caring for children of all ages and planning engaging activities to support their development.

IAO Level 2 Certificate for the Children and Young People’s Workforce
BTEC Level 2 in Children's Care, Learning and Develelopment.
Surrey Paediatric First Aid Training
Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Catering
Fire Safety Training
Working Together to Safegaurd Children
National life saving course in water completed
I also have certificates for several other childcare courses that I have attended.
My Availability
I have some availability during the week (term time only), however I am available for evening babysitting, as well as weekend nannying/evening babysitting.
