My Experience

Evening work and weekends.

Working with children is something I have always wanted to do and been passionate about and so it is what I have been doing for the past few years.
I hold Childcare and Education Diploma CACHE L3 and through this I had training in a day nursery setting, as well as a school setting, working with children from birth to seven and beyond at points.

I also worked in a crèche in a Virgin Active as the supervisor, which catered for children from 6 weeks old to 15 years and we also provided parties for as well as the activities within the crèche. We provide mini crew and active crew sessions for children to be more involved with the gym life as well as structured and planned play and developmental activities.

I care for my nephews at least once a week, and this is on an overnight basis on occasion.


My most treasured role was in a school as a Learning Support Assistant which is a one to one role for children with special educational needs. My duties include;
- Working one to one with a child with special needs
- Working with a variety of needs (Down’s syndrome, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD etc)
- Working closely with both my in house team and external agencies such as Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists
-implementing the routines and resources provided by the therapists
- Meeting deadlines when filling out reports and assessments
- Planning lessons and homework to meet the individual needs of a child
- Supporting general well-being
- Attending training and gaining new knowledge
- Running homework club
- Following the policies and procedures of the school, as well as understanding them.
- Attending annual reviews and meetings with the sole purpose of the child
- Forming relationships with parents, children and agencies and colleagues.

Current employment:

I currently work as a primary school teacher full time and I am looking for evening tutoring and babysitting, as well as some weekends.

From September, I will have more flexibility.

I am young, fun energetic and active, I love being outdoors playing games, exploring and I love being inside building forts, making arts and crafts and settling down for homework and bed time.

My Qualifications

Degree in Primary Education With QTS
Childcare and Education Diploma level 3.
First Aid Paediatric, specific to Early Years
GCSE inc. Maths, English and Science

My Availability

I am a teacher full time so I am available for evening work such as tutoring and babysitting.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Tutoring from £35.00 per hour

11-12 £p/hr for nanny
