About Me
Hello! I am Jules, a fun loving nanny who has just moved to the area with my two doggies. I hold a passion for working with children and have looked after children of all ages for five years. As well as nanny, I have held roles as a preschool breakfast club practitioner and also as a support worker with children in hospital. I can do ad hoc and regular babysitting, overnight stays, pick ups and drop offs, prepare meals, help around the house and thoroughly enjoy providing indoor and outdoor activities. I base these around exploring and adventuring and of course also around assisting children with age appropriate personal learning. Besides doing all in my power to work alongside a family in their child's development, I am flexible, able to receive numerous instructions and enjoy supporting families in their usual routines.
My Experience
I have just arrived back Eastbourne from Manchester, where I worked with multiple families as a private live out nanny for ten years. I am now looking to help a new family out with childcare in the hours that I am not studying for my Psychotherapeutic Masters degree. I have experience working with children from newborn to teenage, specialising in camhs.
My Qualifications
I am DBS checked and first aid trained. I am currently doing a Masters degree and have an undergraduate degree in Psychotherapy with Counselling and Psychology and have 4 A Levels including health and social care, specialising in child development. I have completed courses on paediatric safeguarding and prevent duty as well as first aid.
My Availability
I am currently studying from home in my masters degree and womb healing. This leaves me in a flexible position to nanny/babysit on an as and when basis.

Jules has been our babysitter/Nanny extraordinaire for the last three years. She's been a fabulous, fun, firm but fair babysitter to my two kids now five and seven, and helped me out with babysitting, overnights and school drop offs when I was working in London, as well as accompanying me on three and four day family trips for holidays and events. She was always happy to help out with things around the house like cooking for the children and basic tidying/organising in the kitchen and the kids' rooms, or folding washing, which was really invaluable to me as a single mum. We will miss her and another family will be very lucky to have her....
