Hello, I’m Michelle, a warm, caring and reliable nanny based in Gainsborough. As a mum of six children myself, I have many years of hands-on experience caring for children of all ages and understand how important it is for parents to know their children are safe, happy and well cared for.
Alongside raising my own family, I have worked with children in both childcare and private nanny roles, giving me experience supporting children’s learning, development and daily routines. My Experience
have many years of experience caring for children of all ages through both my professional roles and as a mum of six. My experience includes working as a private nanny, a childminding assistant and supporting children with their daily routines, learning and development in a safe, caring and stimulating environment.
I am confident caring for babies, toddlers and school-aged children, helping with school runs, meal preparation, homework, bedtime routines, creative play, outdoor activities and encouraging children to learn through fun and engaging experiences.
I also have personal experience supporting a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This has given me a good understanding of the importance of patience, consistency, clear communication and adapting activities and routines to meet each child’s individual needs. I appreciate that every child is different and I always take the time to build trust, help children feel secure and support them in a way that suits their personality and development.
My qualifications include a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification, safeguarding training, health and safety training, paediatric first aid and an Enhanced DBS check.
