My Experience

I am a highly experienced and dedicated Norland Nanny with a strong background in providing
exceptional childcare and supporting children’s development, wellbeing and individual needs. I have
experience caring for children of different ages and am confident managing busy family routines while
creating a warm, safe and nurturing environment.
My Norland training has given me a high standard of childcare knowledge, professionalism and
practical skills. I am organised, reliable and adaptable, with a genuine passion for helping children
learn, grow and thrive. I build positive relationships with both children and parents and understand the
importance of communication, discretion and maintaining a consistent routine.
