A Fantastic Child Minder - Highly Recommended

We contacted Michelle through childcare.co.uk primarily because of her great profile. We were looking for an experienced child minder for our 6 month old son as I was returning to work. From the moment we met Michelle we knew that our son would be happy with her.

Michelle explained to us how she structures the children’s days and the activities that she has in place. She is extremely thorough with her policies and procedures, which made us feel at ease with leaving our son with her, while also making sure we as parents understood our responsibilities too. She works very hard to maintain these and it is a real credit to her professionalism.

Michelle has a fun, loving personality and our son loves going to her. He has developed so much in the short time he has been with Michelle and is now crawling. One of the great things that Michelle does is provide us with a diary of what Joseph has done each day, which we get to review every weekend. Michelle also uses this to track his development; this makes us feel like we are still part of his daytime routine.

We are very glad that we were able to find Michelle. We have every confidence in her and the way she cares for Joseph and we know that he enjoys his time with her. We do not have to worry when we are at work and could not be happier with her service. I highly recommend her.
