My name is Alba, and I am originally from Spain. I have several years of experience working with children of different ages, both in Spain and in London.
I am a qualified teacher with a Bachelor's Degree in Hispanic Philology and a Master's Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. I have worked in education and childcare settings, including a family-run kindergarten and as a nanny for several families.
I am also the mother of a wonderful 2-year-old boy. As my son is still young, I am currently looking for a childcare position where he can accompany me during working hours. He attends nursery for a few hours each day, but for the remaining time he would need to be with me. He is a happy, friendly and sociable child who enjoys being around other children.
For this reason, I feel my ideal role would be caring for babies or toddlers, either in the family's home or through a nanny-share style arrangement. I believe children benefit greatly from social interaction, shared play and learning experiences in a caring environment.
My previous childcare experience includes caring for babies, toddlers and school-aged children, preparing healthy meals, organising educational and creative activities, supporting homework, school and nursery pick-ups, outdoor play, and bedtime routines.
I am a caring, patient, responsible and trustworthy person who genuinely loves working with children. I understand that every child is unique and I always adapt my approach to meet their individual needs and help them thrive.
I hold an Enhanced DBS check and a full driving licence. Excellent references from previous families are available upon request.

My Experience
I have over 10 years of experience working with children of different ages, from babies and toddlers to teenagers.
My childcare experience includes:
• Working in my family's kindergarten in Málaga, supporting daily routines, educational activities, meal times and play sessions for young children.
• Caring for a little boy from the age of 1 until he started school, including nursery pick-ups, meal preparation, outdoor activities, playtime, bath and bedtime routines.
• Providing weekend childcare for two sisters aged 8 and 13, helping with homework, organising activities and supporting their daily routines.
• Working as a nanny in London for a family with three girls aged 2, 8 and 9.
• Working as a nanny in London for a family with three boys aged 2, 5 and 6, supporting school routines, play, meals and childcare throughout the day.
• Raising my own son, who is now 2 years old, giving me current hands-on experience with toddler development, routines, sleep, nutrition and early learning.
I am confident caring for multiple children at the same time and creating a safe, happy and stimulating environment where children can learn, play and feel secure.
My Qualifications
I have a degre in Hispanic phylologic and also I have the DBS.
