Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read my profile :)
I currently work full-time in a customer services role and looking to earn a bit of extra money - I love being around children, the way they view the world is refreshing :) I am one of the oldest in a huge family and so have grown up around little ones, or looking after them from a young age.
I have completed a Degree in Education and Childhood Studies with a 2:1 (1% away from a First disappointingly!) and my intention was to become a Primary school teacher, although I have wavered slightly away from my intended goal...
My Experience
I have previously worked at a Day Nursery in Rayleigh, which I loved. I was a key worker and was responsible for overseeing the well being of a number of children within my key group, and ensured that the children were settled and enjoying their time in nursery as much as possible.
Before I joined the nursery I have always looked after younger siblings or cousins from a young age. I also looked after my best friends child every Monday between 18 months old and 7, so she could return to work. I have also looked after another friends children when she was struggling to find childcare when her husband was away on business and she needed to work. I would look after her three children ensure they were fed and dressed for the day and then drop the eldest to school, the middle child to preschool, and then look after her youngest until she returned home from work, this was on an ad-hoc basis.

My Availability
My full time job has a rota basis which isn't the same every week - so my availability is not set in stone
