About Me
I am a doctor age 39 and I live with my husband (age 44 works in finance) and my three children: a girl (age 8- in year 4) and a boy (age 6- in year 2) and a baby. We speak English at home, it is our first (and pretty much only) language.
My Requirements
We need someone who can drive and do the collection of our kids from school. They are in two different schools. Hours required 3 - 7 pm Monday- Friday.
Non smokers only.
After several no-shows, I must state here that If we schedule an interview and the applicant does not turn up at the scheduled time without giving notice (at least 12 hours beforehand) I will be obliged to write a review that reflects the lack of consideration/ professionalism displayed by this behaviour. So please only agree to an interview if you are certain you can make it.

Klara agreed to meet today for interview. She did not turn up. I tried calling her, no answer. I tried messaging her, no reply. I am really disappointed because this is the second time in 24 hours that an applicant doesn’t give me prior notice before not turning up for a scheduled interview.

This was a honest mistake on me behalf and I have since spoken privately with Aya to resolve this matter 😊
I don’t particularly like leaving negative reviews for anything but I feel obliged to be brutally honest with regards to anything related to childcare.
I have never spoken to Courtney or met her face to face but we had messaged through the childcare website and through WhatsApp and agreed to meet for an informal interview today at a set time. Yesterday I had proactively texted her to confirm that our meeting for today was still going ahead and she told me she would be here.
The scheduled time was 10:30. At 10:20 I received a WhatsApp message from Courtney explaining that she had overslept and asking to rearrange our meeting. Needless to say I was disappointed because I could’ve given that interview time to another person as there had been so much interest in the job.
I have not arranged to reschedule because reliability is something I value with regards to childcare.
