My Requirements

PART TIME AFTER SCHOOL AND EVENING CARE REQUIRED. (With some overnight care).
AVERAGE 40 HRS PER MONTH.

MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENCE

I am a single, emergency service shift worker with boy/girl twins who are 10 years old.
 
I have recently lost all my family childcare help due to sudden illness and am looking for someone who can help out on a regular basis going forward.
 
I am looking to employ someone to work on average 40 hours a month.
 
The days and times could be any day 7 days a week, some late nights and some overnight stays.

This involves collecting the children from their Primary School (local to my home), after school clubs, dinner and bed (8:30-9pm), but stay until I get home from work.
 
All dates required would be given well in advance. (I can provide all of 2026 now).
 
I could pay a fixed, monthly agreed wage, to the childminder for them to be able to have a regular income to cover the shifts.
 
There will be some months where you may only be needed for 20 hours. Other months you may be required for a full 50-60 but I would still pay the same agreed wage.
