Hello, I'm Anda. I have two children, ages 4 and 11.
My Requirements
We are looking for a part-time after-school nanny. This would suit a nanny who has 2-3 days to fill around other childcare duties. There is some flexibility around the required days, the hours would be 4-7. Driving and having access to a car is a must.
Duties include: Picking up the younger child from nursery (10-minute drive) and possibly the older child from the bus stop (5-min drive) depending on the day. Reheating a prepared meal or making a simple meal like pasta, and showering the younger one.

Syeda has looked after my son for a year (he's starting nursery) and I couldn't have found a more caring and nurturing carer for him. He settled in very quickly at 18 months and he adores Syeda and her family and her wonderful assistants. She provides a warm family setting and the children do a huge amount of arts and crafts – the artwork on our fridge is constantly updated!
I could see a big difference in my son’s development during his time there, not only because he was watching the older children, but because Syeda focuses on educational activities and creative play. The children also bake and enjoy playing in the park, when the weather allows it, and they go on frequent visits to local playgrounds and playgroups, in addition to toy libraries. Syeda can also be firm when needed, despite her gentle nature, and she always insists on good manners.
I really cannot recommend Syeda enough and I have no doubt that we will continue to use her services in the future.
