About Me
Hi I am Malini and have lived in Berryfields for almost 10 years. I live with my husband, son and daughter. I am a Ofsted Registered Childminder. I have a passion for creating a fun, safe and stimulating environments for children.
My Experience
I am a qualified Nursery Nurse with a CACHE Diploma level 3. I also have a degree in Education and Social Sciences. Most of my degree was focused on the developmental stages of children, psychological, sociological and social factors that effect a child's development and education from birth to 16 years. I spent most of my career working within childcare settings as a nursery nurse, nanny, room leader and special needs worker within children centers. I then spent some time working with young adults within high needs hostels and young offender settings to encourage skills to help them in society.
I enjoy working with children of all ages from birth to 16 years, creating activities that suits their individual needs and encouraging their development.
I create a safe and stimulating care environment, providing personalised care, and planning activities suitable for their developmental needs.
My Qualifications
Cache Diploma Level 3- Childcare and Education, Bsc Education and Social Sciences
My Availability
Opening times Monday to Thursday 8am till 5. 30pm
My Fees
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour

- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Green Ridge Primary Academy

Malini looked after my son for 2 months from the age of 8 months to 10 months so I could return to work. She looked after him in our home and was fantastic with him.
Malini was always coming up with age-appropriate activities that encouraged his development. She brought her son with her, who is a lovely little boy and a fantastic mentor to our son.
Malini was great at making healthy food and ensured that our son’s routine was followed, whilst looking out for changes required with his natural development.
I would highly recommend Malini. She helped us and the development of our son. Our time was cut short when a family member became available to look after our son and we no longer needed Malini’s help. We will contact her when our circumstance changes again.
