Two lovely children after school only per week 3pm to 5.30pm or 6pm
The children are 4 and 7 and mostly play at home after school in winter, but also have activities to attend and play dates with their friends. If the weather is good, they go to the playground before coming home.
School is 10mins walk from home.
Parents are often working from home to lend a hand if needed.

Unprofessional: quit minutes before school pick up

Hi, we made a start with Eva who was lovely throughout, personable with the children and clearly knows her job.
She received a parking ticket - mobile enforcement - sometime during her first week and dropped us one hour before her contracted hours school pick up. I'm still not convinced that the ticket was in any way our fault and do sympathise. I might well have offered to pay for it had she not messaged while i was in a workshop 2pm saying that she would not continue - including the 3pm same day pick up.

Very kind and reliable nanny

Monica was our nanny for nearly a year and we have only love and praise for her.
She was always on time, a lovely smiling presence for the children after school. She supervised and played with them diligently and they loved her entirely. She took them to their activities and managed their various tantrums.

Probably just disorganised but waste of time

I had a lot of interaction with Robyn to arrange an appointment to meet the kids. But no show and no further contact since then to rearrange.
