About Me

I am a currently a supply teaching assistant, working in a primary schools, primarily with special needs children. I have experience working with children who have mild autism, speech & language, dyslexia, dyspraxia & a visual impairment. I have over 25 years experience of working with children. I can help speech & language & general maths & English support for primary aged children from reception to year 4, who need that extra help to extend their understanding. I can also help implement a speech and language programme that you have already been given by a speech and language therapist.

My Qualifications

I have qualifications at level 2 in teaching & learning & makaton & level 3 for Elklan language course, visual impairment, autism & childcare. As well as a first aid certificate.

My Availability

I am available Tuesday - Thursday for tutoring after school & some weekends in the morning & any pre arranged babysitting considered.

My Fees

  • Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
  • Tutoring from £20.00 per hour

Tutoring starts at £20 ph depending on the child’s requirements. Special offer, first block of 5 lessons £90. Babysitting is offered on an occasional basis.
