My Experience
My 8 years experience in childcare first began after completing my Level 3 Diploma where I starting working at a nursery in 2015. At first I was in the 2-3’s room where I worked for approximately 3 years before moving into the 3-5’s room where I worked for the remainder of my time at the nursery before leaving in 2022. During my time in this room, I worked my way from nursery nurse to deputy room leader to finally the room leader. Alongside this I had the role of third in charge as well. After working in a nursery, I moved to nannying for a couple of years where I gained experience working with multiple children and with twins. I’m now a room leader at Busy Bees in East Grinstead working full time in the toddler room.
