About Me
My name is Helen, I am a parent to three wonderful boys and Grandmother to two beautiful Granddaughters and a Grandson. Two of my boys live with my Husband and I.
I have been an Ofsted Registered Childminder for 21 years. I live in a four bedroom house with a garden.
I love working with the children and provide a homely environment with lots of fun activities. I find it very rewarding caring and watching the children grow and thrive in all area's of learning. I follow EYFS statutory frame work. My setting is well equipped with a variety of toys and resources to help the children develop. I provide an environment where children feel safe, secure and valued so that they can in turn develop their potential through learning, playing and socializing in a happy and fun atmosphere.
At my setting I take the children out daily e.g. Childminder dropping, park, farm, library and museums and on many more interesting outings.
My Experience
I have over 21 years of childcare experience with Babies and children up to school age. I like to continuously access training and have done many childcare courses which include NVQ3, Early years training, Food safety and Hygiene, First Aid and Safeguarding. My last Ofsted was July 2018 and I was graded Outstanding.

£80 per day this would include snacks, hot home made meal, all activities and trip's. Nappies and wipes

Helen is an Outstanding Ofsted childminder and gives my two children the absolute best care. They have a better social life than I do, and go to all sorts of interesting places. They have learnt so much to prepare them fully for school. Do get in touch with her, she is the best.

Helen looked after our son for the last year, and we are very sad to be leaving due to our moving home. From the very beginning she has nurtured and helped our son grow, taking a genuine interest in his development all the while providing a fun and stimulating environment for him to build on his interests and discover new things. Helen cooks wonderful food for lunchtimes and provides healthy snacks. We have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Helen and her family and we will miss them all. As new parents I feel like she was approachable, calm and always willing to help with advice when we needed it, we couldn’t recommend her more highly.
