About Me
Hi, I’m Sean
I’m an experienced childcare professional with over 16 years of Early Years experience, currently in the process of registering with Ofsted. My background includes roles as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Manager, Curriculum Lead, SENCo, and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
I provide professional, nurturing childcare in a warm, fun, and structured environment, supporting children’s development through play, routines, and age-appropriate learning. I’m passionate about helping children build confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing, while also supporting school readiness.
I have experience supporting children with additional needs (SEN) and creating inclusive activities tailored to each child’s needs and interests.
As a childminder, I enjoy being a positive male role model, encouraging active play, curiosity, creativity, and learning through play.
I’m currently looking for families who are looking for a home from home childminder. This can provide a lovely opportunity for children to develop social skills, empathy, and learning through interaction.
Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday, Friday (minimum 6 hours per day).

My Experience
I have over 16 years of experience in Early Years, including roles as an Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, Early Years Practitioner, Special Educational Needs Coordinator, Safeguarding Lead.
I hold a full DBS check and am trained in Paediatric First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Weaning, Food Hygiene & Safety, Safer Recruitment, and Ofsted Compliance. I also hold a Level 5 Degree in Early Childhood Studies.
I have also been babysitting for families since I was 16 and am passionate about supporting the happiness, confidence, and development of children under 5.

- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Childminding from £15.00 per hour
