Hi, I’m Sean ?
I’m an experienced Manny with over 16 years of Early Years experience, currently in the process of registering with Ofsted. My background includes roles as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Manager, Curriculum Lead, SENCo, and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
I provide professional, nurturing childcare in a warm, fun, and structured environment, supporting children’s development through play, routines, and age-appropriate learning. I’m passionate about helping children build confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing, while also supporting school readiness.
I have experience supporting children with additional needs (SEN) and creating inclusive activities tailored to each child’s needs and interests.
As well as working for one family full time I am also open to Manny Share childcare for 2 children/families, providing a social and cost-effective option for families. Once my registration is complete, I will also be able to accept Tax-Free Childcare (TFC).
As a Manny, I enjoy being a positive male role model, encouraging active play, curiosity, creativity, and learning through play.
? I’m currently looking for a family who would be comfortable with me bringing my own baby along during working hours. This can provide a lovely opportunity for children to develop social skills, empathy, and learning through interaction.
Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (minimum 6 hours per day).

My Experience
I have over 16 years of experience in Early Years, including roles as an Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, Early Years Practitioner, Special Educational Needs Coordinator, Safeguarding Lead.
I hold a full DBS check and am trained in Paediatric First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Weaning, Food Hygiene & Safety, Safer Recruitment, and Ofsted Compliance. I also hold a Level 5 Degree in Early Childhood Studies.
I have also been babysitting for families since I was 16 and am passionate about supporting the happiness, confidence, and development of children under 5.
My Qualifications
• Level 5 Degree in Early Childhood Studies
• Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education
• Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid
• Special Educational Needs (SEN) experience
• Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) & Child Protection training
• Qualified Foster Carer training
• Adoption, Trauma and Therapeutic Parenting training
My Availability
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (minimum 6 hours per day).
I am currently on adoption leave from my solo job due to return in September so looking for flexibility.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
£20 -£25 per hour Manny work
£15 per hour baby sitting
