We are two families traveling together to the UK and was looking for a sitter for one night for our 3 girls. Caroline was one of the first to respond to the job posting and was upfront, sociable and easy going in our messages. She was happy to share her documentation quickly and was able to join a video call when we asked to just put a face to a name. We ended up having a family friend available that was able to take care of our girls that night, but woudl have been happy to have Caroline and her daughter come by that night. It feels good to know that we have a safe and reliable option and would have been happy to have had her as our sitter!

I was worried about finding someone to care for my 22-month-old daughter while my childminder was on holiday. I was incredibly lucky to find Caroline. She was always so helpful and accommodating with my schedule, and was great at communicating at all times. Above all, my daughter absolutely loved her and her gem of a daughter. She was immediately drawn to both of them, no tears, not even any pouting or whining. At pick up it was always clear she’d had a good day with a balance of activity and rest. Caroline’s daughter was truly helpful in teaching my baby new things and keeping her safe. I could tell they were both looking out for her, so it was like having a bonus helper to an already excellent caregiver. Even now, my daughter regularly asks for them and surely looks forward to playing with her new friend again soon.

Great experience with Caroline. I booked her when I was on a weekend in London so if was the first time I’d used a babysitter in the area. Caroline was super accommodating, punctual, had great communication and was a very naturally maternal person which the kids loved. Caroline’s daughter was super lovely and great to have there as my kids who love playing with other children. She sent me lots of videos of them all playing and constant updates. She barely needed to give them any screen time because they were all having such a lovely time running and jumping about the place! Will definitely be booking again next time we are in London.
