About Me
My name is Crina, I have over 8 years of childcare experience in the UK, at the moment I am a happy mum to a reception child and part time TA. I'm looking ideally for a 2 days role from September 2023 but can be flexible with that.
My Experience
I have over 10 years experience working with children (which includes nannying, babysitting, working in summer childrens camps, nursery etc.) After I moved to the UK I was an Au Pair for a while, then I became a nanny, worked for a while in nurseries until I had my son. After a 2 years break, I started nannying again and then working part time in schools as a TA. Apart from my experience in the UK I also volunteered in children summer camps for a charity. Friends, family and people I worked for consider me a responsible, patient, cheerful, honest and kind person.
I am passionate about education and I consider myself a huge art and music lover.
I speak English as a second language, Romanian, Spanish and basic French.

Our son was having a very difficult time going to a previous childminder so we pulled him out and found Crina to come in Mon-Wed to nanny our 1,5 year old. She has basically made our son's life a lot happier. When we get home from work he is happy usual little usual self, whereas before when he was going to childminding he was crying all day without eating or sleeping, so it was a huge relief for us that he bonded well straight away with Crina and her son Eric. Crina has the paediatric first aid certificate as well as being DBS checked by us. Crina prepares our son's meals (porridge and fruit for breakfast and usually a small lunch meal like pasta or sausages and mash) and feeds him according to our schedule. She also plans the activities for the day and takes the kids for walks to the parks in the area. We are sending our son to nursery in September so we will be sad to say goodbye to Crina who has been the perfect nanny.

Crina looked after my children as after school nanny. She is lovely, reliable, responsible, caring for the children, always preparing educational activities for them. I would employ her again and again.
