My son is extremely fortunate to be a part of the 'LittleLite' team. Cassie runs a fantastic safe, loving environment for my son. She goes above and beyond, Cassie is very informative with how my son spent his day. Cassie providest meals, the team promote personal development and are always developing my sons growth.
They provide excellent social skills for kiddies early years.
My son loves Aunty Cassie she's 1 in a million, you won't be disappointed absolutely fabulous Childcare setting.

Maria and her team, have been caring for my son since last year. We’re very happy with the services they provide.
You’re kept updated with a log book, of what your child has done for the day and eaten.
Joshua always seems very happy, with his friends and within Maria & the teams setting.
They have helped with toilet training, my son is now toilet trained due to us all working in continuity with each other.
They’re a relaxed, fun setting... it’s not to quiet, it’s not to busy.
They do lots of arts and crafts teaching the children lots of activities.
My son is now 3, and a happy and thriving little boy!
I can highly recommend Maria and her team, if you’re looking for a professional down to Earth childcare setting, then definitely contact her, to discuss how she can help you.

Elsa is a excellent Childminder, such a personable lovely lady, keeps me fully updated regarding what my son has eaten and how his day has been.
Elsa works with the parent in order to get the best from the child. She’s reliable, caring and my son really enjoys attending her setting.
Elsa offers lovely nutritional meals which my son really enjoys.
Elsa gives her role as a Childminder 100% to her work, alongside offering the children a warm, care and safe loving environment.
She attends the library daily with my son, and I’ve seen a difference in his interest of books, which is amazing, as she’s offering educational stimulation towards my son who now loves reading his books to us, she’s fun, vibrant and a lovely down to earth lady.
I have no hesitations recommending Elsa as a Childminder! She does an amazing job, and we are very happy with her services.

Hired Fey twice, once she turned up on time, second booking she turned up two hours late.
She’s 17, I gave her the benefit of doubt, explained to her, how reliability is very important.
When I first interviewed Fey, she informed me she was available all through summer, when I contacted her for ad hoc days, she would inform me she had exams or a course, which was not disclosed at interview stage. Fey would also not read my texts for a few days, knowing I was trying to book her in. I was reluctant to leave her a review because of her age, but the last straw was her passing her number to her 17 year old friend who randomly contacts me offering me child are service??
Clearly they’re both unaware to children needing stability and continuity.
Unfortunately if you’re looking for reliability then I wouldn’t chose Fey! She’s a nice girl, and hopefully as she grows up in life, she will realise the implications of her actions!
She’s not aware of the EYFS, and I guess this is a learning part for me as it’s the first time using someone! I would now chose someone older and more experienced.

Met April, on Friday she spent a few hours with the children as a introduction. We then agreed she would start the week after next, we then scheduled a few bookings for the this week, I scheduled my week around April’s availability, including her collecting my daughter from childminders this morning and taking my daughter and son to play groups etc...
Unfortunately April then changed her availability the night before her scheduled booking with my children, which to be fair her availability was absolutely fine with me as I only wanted someone Ad Hoc, as she made this change in hours, I did say I’m happy to accommodate the change, but going forward need reliability and consistency for the children, having said this, April sent a text to say she feels she can’t commit anymore, as she feels it will be too much with Uni work! To say I am disappointed is a understatement, she’s a lovely girl... but again unreliable, I asked her if she can work a weeks notice to give me time to sort childcare else where, which she did not agree to. She also stated she has anxiety, which I wasn’t aware of, I empathise, but bottom line is, I need ad hoc childcare which April agreed to, and its a shame as she was introduced to my children!
She also said in her texts, she doesn’t have the time to message me back and fourth! This is someone who’s studying to be a primary school teacher, I find it shocking that some people conduct themselves this way, when we are dealing with children who we all know need security and stability.
Nice girl, but I think if you want reliability, best to book else where.

Met Jackie for a interview, at my home we got in well she was here for a few hours. I then booked her in a few days later to work with the children. She got stuck right in, no concerns, the children liked her and she seemed to enjoy being here.
She was welcomed into the home built a relationship up with the children, she appeared so genuine, the next day Jackie stopped returning my calls and texts, I sent a text saying I was worried having not heard from her for a few days and that I would pop around to her house to check she was ok, I had no intentions of doing this but wanted to see if she would be worried knowing she’s disappeared on myself and children and would make contact. Surprise, I then heard from Jackies cousin saying her phone screen had cracked and that she would be in touch in a few days!
Jackie has ignored all calls and text, has allowed my children to build a relationship with her, and dropped us all at a drop of a hat.
So, so disappointed she was very welcomed into our home and I allowed her to take charge with the children and entertain whilst I worked..
Please can people remember we are dealing with children here on this platform in my case 3 young children who are still asking for Jackie its so unfair, I am very disappointed Jackie a courtesy text would of been all it would of taken. Respect goes a long way.

Hello, this does not sound like an excuse but I babysitter for you for 2 weeks and decided to not continued because of the rate and the time, you messaged me 25 times in a WEEK and did not stop calling me, please if someone decides to not serve you anymore they have that choice. Thank you 😊❤️
Cassie is the BEST childminder in Bromley in my opinion. She’s a hard cookie to beat, put it that way. She’s fantastic to say the least. My children have flourished through the years with Cassie. You get a full break down of what the children have done for the day. Cassie is so personable and such a lovely lady who you immediately trust and feel reassured that your child/children will be very well looked after. She is a 10/10 5 Star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Childminder. They take do activities everyday with the children, they eat delicious healthy meals, they’re a warm and welcoming bunch! I can’t recommend LittleLites enough.

Absolutely brilliant Babysitter! She has been helping me for a few years, weekends Ad Hoc for my children. She has been very accommodating & has helped at short notice.
Exceptionally reliable, Trustworthy & Professional. Great with children, I am provided with photos, and communication on a full run down of the children’s day!

I’ve left Katia a review before. But needed to leave another one. As she truly is a special lady in mine and my children’s lives. She has been such a consistent support for us, reliable, happy, caring, nurturing, flexible and overall someone who absolutely adores my children just as much as they equally adore her. Katia thank you for all you do for us.
Katia helps with toilet training, my sons speech, she always goes ghat extra mile.

Maria has cared for all four of my children. She’s truly, the best. So accommodating, reliable, caring, nurturing. Maria and her team are super fun, caring and a all round great little team.
All four of my children love attending Maria’s setting.
I get updates on what the kids have done for the day, including what they have eaten.

I have known Agnes a few years as she has help with childcare for my children. They always come home happy & have had so much fun. Agnes is flexible, reliable and is great with kids. I would highly recommend 💕
