About Me
My name is Agnes and I am an Ofsted registered childminder living in Welling. I have been graded as an OUTSTANDING childminder twice and GOOD. I have two wonderful daughters ages 20 and 18 and a son aged 11. I offer a clean, warm and homely setting in which to care for children. I provide home cooked food that is nutritious and balanced. The children have access to a wide range of toys, games and activities for all ages linked to early years foundation stage. I take the children on daily outings to toddlers/babies groups, libraries, parks, playground or the farm. During school holidays we go to museums or have trips on a boat etc. In my care I provide a creative and enjoyable learning environment with limited TV/DVD screen time of 30 min. a day.
I love my work and see how the children progress in my care. I'm fully committed to develop my knowledge of child learning and development. I undertake a number of courses to help me achieve this.
For a number of years I was a scout leader and that has taught me that the best way of learning and achieving is through games, fun and positive encouragement.
The attractive features of my house is free standing conservatory/summer house SPECIALLY DESIGNED AND DEDICATED AS A CHILDREN PLAYROOM. This is a large and spacious room filled with natural light where children can enjoy great freedom. The furniture and equipment are children's sized and safe. All children love to be there:-)
My house is also protected by CCTV and in front of the house there is a gate so the risk of children running into the road is significantly minimised (although I live in quiet residential area:-) This is done for children safety.
My Experience
Before having my oldest daughter I was a nannie for 3 years. Than I become full time mummy to my two girls and little boy. I love motherhood and enjoy being with children. Being a mother myself has taught me that working with children is one of the most important, responsible and rewarding professions. Now I am an Ofsted registered childminder and enjoy working with other children then my own. I am also network childminder and acredited childminder (offer early education/
nursery sessions in my setting for 3 and 4 years old that are free for parents and funded by government).

Diploma Level 3 in Childcare and Young People Workforce,
I am network childminder and acredited childminder,
Diploma in Home based Childcare Unit 1,
Paediatric First Aid Course,
Food Hygiene,
Various different courses regarding early learning and play, safety and development.
I have had enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure
I have had a health check.
I studied law and graduated from the University of Warsaw.
I have been graded as an OUTSTANDING childminder twice and once as a Good Provider ?
My Availability
I work from Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 6 pm.
I do school run morning and afternoon to St. Stephens School.
(I have 9 seater car so either I drive or walk when nice weather)

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
My fees are very reasonable. Food and activities' fees are included. I am also registered to Received payments in childcare vouchers.

I reached out to Agnes to stay with my som during an emergency and even though it was his first time staying with her, when I came back to pick him up he was well fed and happy. Very impressed and appreciative of her help

I have known Agnes a few years as she has help with childcare for my children. They always come home happy & have had so much fun. Agnes is flexible, reliable and is great with kids. I would highly recommend 💕

I first met Agnes just over 5 years ago when my daughter started going to her, just over a years old. Despite young age, Agnes was her third childminder and I have honestly never looked back. Agnes has taken excellent care of both of my children, or until they were old enough to start nursery/school. She tailors herself to each child and makes the children feel safe and cared for. Her facilities are amazing and you know that no day is the same. They have so much fun at her place that they don't really want to go home at the end of the day.
I can honestly say that Agnes is one of a kind and she goes well beyond her normal duties. It is without any hesitation that I give Agnes the highest ranking possible - she truly is the best childminder that I've ever come across.
