Wonderful nanny for my baby (from 4 months)

I first met Betty when she applied for a role as a nanny when my son was 4 months old. I had unusual requirements as I only needed help certain days/hours of the week while I was working. I was a first-time mum, breastfeeding, and working from home, so I needed somebody that I could not only trust 100% with my baby but who would work flexibly around my needs, helping me stay involved (for feeding and for putting to sleep) but taking over when I needed to work. Betty was incredibly reliable, calm, gentle and accommodating, making these transitions seamless. She is an incredibly kind and positive person and I really feel she supported us psychologically as well as practically. She also genuinely wanted to help - for example taking initiative to do washing up or other help around the house when I was feeding my son etc. With my son, Betty was equally fantastic. She immediately won his trust and was upbeat and engaging as well as caring and responsible. I honestly don't remember how long Betty worked with us (more than a year I think) because we first met ten years ago. We have stayed in touch though and she will always be a part of our family. I wouldn't hesitate tor recommend her for yours.
