I am 25 years old and I am passionate about working with babies, toddlers and young children. As a Nanny, I have been described as reliable, kind, professional, responsible and fun natured. I strongly believe that each child is unique and I enjoy getting to know them and their personalities and dedicating time to tailoring their care to meet their individual needs.
I think that exposure to different environments is greatly beneficial for the cognitive and social development of the child and it can create multiple opportunities for learning through experience.
Prior to a new role I like to prepare by researching the local area to discover age appropriate activities and places to visit and compiling a list so I am never short of ideas.
I enjoy attending baby and toddler groups, providing the opportunity for socialising and learning through song, dance and play. I like to facilitate independent play too in order to stimulate creativity and imagination.
I love planning trips outside such as parks, playgrounds, museums, farms, nature walks and soft play.
At home, I enjoy facilitating arts and crafts, experiments such as slime making, building forts, lots of reading and conversing to aid speech and language development and collaborative as well as independent play. I love to have fun with the children I work with whilst still following routines and ensuring that they feel safe at all times and are getting the most out of every day.
I am always willing to be silly and get involved in singing, dancing, chatting and messy play!
I am, however, also confident following routines and creating rules and boundaries. I am very patient and gentle in my approach to dealing with any behavioural issues and I am careful to always offer praise and rewards. I like to communicate with the parents and I’m always happy to share details about the day and receive feedback so that I am always meeting the family’s needs. Wherever possible I am flexible and want to be a helping hand not just for the children but for the parents too.
Overall, I want to create a safe, comfortable, fun and stimulating environment for the children that I am caring for. I care deeply about the emotional and physical well-being of every child I work with and I hope to aid in their development and encourage them to remain curious and excited about what the world around them has to offer as we learn, explore and play together.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and I hope to hear from you soon!

Bianca came and looked after my son Alexander for an initial 3 days which then increased to 4 days whilst I was working last year and until February this year 2019. I've now gone on maternity leave and certainly miss having her around! My son will be going to nursery next month and having Bianca for the time we did, was an ideal solution for our family and she is made everything very easy for us.
I would highly recommend Bianca as a nanny, she quickly developed a great relationship with my son. She was very hands-on taking him to the local park, museums and weekly music classes. She made sure he had everything he needed, that he was fed properly, had his nap every day and was entertained with reading and crafty activities. He was always very happy when I got home and I never once had any concerns with the care she was providing.
I loved the convenience of having a nanny who came to my house whilst I went to work. Bianca was very flexible and understanding when I sometimes came home late and was always happy to stay on a bit longer if necessary. Please don't hesitate to hire Bianca as your nanny, she is truly a very caring and kind person who loves children and being part of their development.
