Weekend Support Needed for Autistic Child – Wembley / Willesden

My son is 14 years old, autistic and non-verbal. He understands very well and has a calm, gentle and friendly nature.
He is usually drawn to calm, warm and patient people. He is non-aggressive and generally very settled.
He enjoys swimming, water play, using his iPad, turn-taking games, helping with chores, and attending his weekly disability sports club.
He is able to manage well in most busy or lively environments and especially enjoys holidays at Butlins, which is one of his favourite places.
I am looking for someone kind, calm,patient caring, reliable and experienced who can build a positive relationship with him and support him on Saturdays.

Hours: 1:45pm to 4:15pm
Location: Willesden Sports Centre, London

Role includes supporting my son during his weekly disability sports club from 2pm to 4pm, helping him feel comfortable, encouraging participation, assisting him to part take in various activities, supervising throughout the session, and ensuring his safety and wellbeing.

I am looking for someone with experience supporting autistic children or children with additional needs, ideally someone who has worked in:
Special school / SEN school
Autism support work
SEND teaching assistant role
Youth disability support
Childcare with SEN experience

The ideal person will be calm, patient, kind, friendly, understanding, dependable and able to build trust and consistency.
Initially I will stay with my son until he becomes comfortable with the carer. Once settled, I will drop him off and collect him after the session.
Enhanced DBS and references preferred.
This is a regular weekly role during school term time and extra hours/days could be available during school holidays if needed for the right person.
