About Me

I'm a Portuguese Nanny (45 years old) with a passion for Education (Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio Emilia, etc) and a genuine love for children.

Currently, I'm working as a nanny in a share setting for two families in Tulse Hill [two girls aged 5 and two boys - 22 months and 20 months old] since September 2021.

I have been working with children for more than 25 years now (as a nanny, babysitter and private tutor). I'm very committed and organised in everything I do; I'm trustworthy, patient and caring, and have a gentle, fun and creative personality.
I understand and really value every fase of children’s development - a child-led growing, playing and learning rhythm, a safe and prepared environment, a gentle approach to parenting/caring, a love for Nature and the outdoors, lots of cuddles, Art and baking are on top of my priorities.

I have a muck in attitude and I'm always willing to help around the house beside cleaning after myself and the children and doing all the nursery duties and cooking (I enjoy cooking fresh, Mediterranean style meals for the children).

I'm looking for a 3 full days job (Wednesday/Thursday/Friday - a minimum of 30 hours/maximum 36 hours week) with some flexibility for the right family (extra babysitting hours, for example).
I'm available from the beginning of September 2026 (with the possibility of a few settling days in August).
