About Me

I have two children aged 30 and 28 and have lived in Hertford for 27years. I have a largish house with plenty of room to play with a safe and secure garden which also has plenty of room for running around. I live on the foxholes estate near the BP/McDonalds/A10 roundabout. We have an Australian labradoodle who is also a trained therapy dog, she loves visiting children’s wards in hospitals to make them feel better.

My Experience

I have been a registered childminder for 27 years and enjoy it very much. We regularly go on trips to the park and do woodland walks regularly and visit the local park where there are swings and various slides and climbing apparatus. We do arts and crafts and enjoy singing and dancing to our favourite songs and nursery rhymes. I have looked after children of all ages, from 4 months to 8 years and so my experience is vast.

My Qualifications

I have an up to date first aid certificate aswell as safeguarding children and am currently half way through my Level 3 in Childcare, learning and development. On my last Ofsted inspection in February 2024 I was awarded Met (Good). I have also completed a Cache course in ADHD in children and DofE Early Years Professional Development Programme.
