About Me
I am a 20 year old Dance Teacher looking for full time nanny work in the Brighton/Hove area starting January 2017. I am currently working as a senior sales consultant at the Bodyshop and am a Dance Teacher in the evenings and weekends. I absolutely fell in love with teaching when I started five years ago and am looking to fulfil my passion of working with children fulltime when I move to Brighton in the new year.
My Experience
I have been a Dance Teacher for five years now working every evening and Saturdays with ages from, 2- though to adult. I absolutely love interacting with the children, bringing smiles to their faces and teaching them new skills. I have just spent seven weeks in Sri Lanka teaching English in schools to age 6+ as well as spending a lot of time in an orphanage with children as young as birth through to 18 years. I have also grown up with many younger cousins from, ages 0-14, filling my spare time with taking them out, babysitting and looking after them whilst their parents are on holidays. Two of my cousins are serverelly autistic, I have bonded with them from birth and really feel a connection and understanding with them. I have also had experience teaching children with physical and learning disabilities and find that that is where my passion lies, I feel I have an excellent understanding and a gentle way that allows me to engage well with them. I am DBS checked and am currently doing my first aid training.

ISTD Qualified Teacher DDI in Ballet and Modern
