We used Lucy to support our twin boys’s grandparents whilst we were at a wedding. We had excellent communication with Lucy leading up to the day and were confident that Lucy would be a great fit. On the day, she arrived very punctually and immediately put both our boys, their grandparents and us at ease with her cheerful and outgoing persona. After a couple of hours handover between us and Lucy (her having never met the boys previously) we left for the wedding completely content that Lucy would be brilliant with the boys. Professional, calm and kind throughout, the grandparents commented on how easy it was to have Lucy at home with them and realised how hard it would have been had she not been there to help! The fact that the boys went down to sleep without a fuss despite it being their first time without us doing it, is a testimony to her skill and competence as a Nanny. We will definitely use Lucy again and would highly commend her to anyone else looking for a full time or ad-hoc Nanny. Thank you Lucy!

It was an absolute pleasure to support your family and spend time with your lovely boys and their grandparents.
I’m really happy the evening worked out well and that the boys settled so nicely for bed. They were a joy to be around, and it was wonderful to see how well-supported they are by such a loving family.

Lucy was our nanny for a few years, looking after our son first and then our daughter too. They absolutely adored her and still ask when she is next coming round. She is always calm but lots of fun. She has a natural creativity and came up with fun activities for the kids to do at home and took them on lots of adventures. Highly recommend.

Lucy was absolutely wonderful. She arrived on time and was fantastic with my daughter who hasn’t had many sitters before. Would thoroughly recommend her.
