Rifat worked with us for about six weeks and was able to get my baby through the night within a month or so and also identified that she had a tongue tie, which we later corrected. She helped and advised on all aspects of our baby’s care including feeding sleeping, routine and play and stimulation. Rifat is an amazing person and a very professional maternity nurse who always went the extra mile for us. We are extremely grateful to have had her in our lives and we would without the shadow of a doubt, highly recommend her services. She is an expert in her field and it was so great to learn so much from her. We thank you so much Rifat.
I would also like to add that she told us about the “bad” reviews and I totally believe her that these are false allegations with the intent to be defamatory and malicious towards her all because she refused to continue to work with these people as they were unfair to her. She would be happy to discuss this with you if you need as she is a very honest and trustworthy person. She was very experienced and was able to do all she had said she could do. She gave us a lot of useful advice and support and she taught us a great deal she did not do anything that can be deemed as “dangerous” !!!
I have done a detailed written reference for her to outline all her skills and abilities. She can make this available to you as needed. Do not hesitate to get in touch with her if you need help with your baby.

Thank you so much xxx 😀
I have never written a negative review about anyone but as a first time mum, I strongly feel I need to alert anyone who is looking to hire Rifat as a maternity nurse. She was with us for 2.5 days and was meant to help amd support us with our 12 week baby. I needed some help putting my baby in a routine and some guidance on getting her to nap during the day. Rifat claims to be a sleep expert but is far from it. She is extremely dominating and wouldnt even let me play with my baby. She would be over our heads constantly correcting the way we interact or play with our child. A lot of her practices were nothing short of dangerous and I would urge any parent to reconsider their decision on hiring her. She talks alot (excessive amounts) and makes big claims to magically help sort routines and sleep. She is rude, unhygenic and struggles to follow instructions. On the 3rd day, I had to tell her to leave my home and I have never done that to anyone before.

This client did a bad review on me purely because I told her that I would not be able to continue to work with her as she was not being very fair to me and was rude and very critical and it was just not working. She had had other maternity nurses from other agencies and had not been very pleasant to them either. She was not even with the Childcare website but having learnt from me that I was on this website she decided to do a bad review and also gave the agency a bad review as well. She was angry that I didn’t want to work with her as it was in a trial basis anyway and was not accepting that I had told a very politely that it would be better for her to get someone else that could help her with her as I was not able to work well with her due to her behaviour and learning style etc. She was very rude to me and then saw on the website that I had had another bad review and decided to be very revengeful and malicious and false in accusing me of all sorts including that I was “dangerous “which is totally untrue .I have no idea what she means because I am very experienced and professional and take the utmost care of the babies that I’m involved with. I’m very passionate and caring and I do my upmost to make sure that families are satisfied with my services. I was even able to get her baby sleeping in the crib awake, looking around and settling herself on her own within a day or so !!! I was only with her for 2 1/2 days and her bad review really upset me due to the fact that she could be so unfair and make so many lies without any care of the fact that I took good care of her baby and in such a short time I still did so much to help with her baby. It was very very upsetting and shocking but I pulled through it and have had many wonderful clients since and I will continue to work with babies and families as I love it and am very passionate about.
Rifat was recommended to us by a work colleague as we were mentally and physically exhausted due to my sons non existent night time sleeping. He was 15 months old and had never slept for more than 3 hours in a single stretch. Rifat came and stayed for one night and one day, tweaked our daytime routine and gave us the skills to implement some gentle sleep training at night. From that day onwards he improved dramatically and was sleeping straight through within a few days. We wished we had known Rifat earlier as our life as a family improved so much after her visit and our sanity was restored. We would have no hesitation in recommending her for any sleep issues.

Thanks so much xx
Rifat was with us for over a month to help us deal with our three month old when we were really struggling with his routine. We went from exhausted and up all night to having a baby that slept through most nights after just 11 nights. We were able to rest too whilst Rifat did the hard yards with the baby and we caught up on some much needed rest. This helped me recover physically and mentally and I was more able to cope with my other little boy aged just under 2. Rifat also picked up on a jaw alignment issue with the baby which seemed to much improve after a trip to a cranial osteopath Rifat highly recommended. Altogether a good outcome (with some memorable cooking by Rifat too!) and Rifat went on to help very good friends of ours with similar issues. Not an easy time, but sanity restored, and we've had a child that's slept through ever since. Rifat loves the babies she works with and is passionate about what she does.

Thanks so much 😘 so kind 😀
Hiring Rifat for our pre term baby was the biggest mistake I did. It seems she is unable to understand basic instructions and has constant habit of talking ( chatter). Despite clear instructions by the neonatal doctor to feed every 3 hours for an underweight pre term baby she kept overriding ‘she knows more’ and went to 5 fees a day starving the kid and overfeeding during feed time. All this so she sleeps most of the night or watch Netflix in our guest room. The day I fired her she kept our baby girl crying when she was hungry declaring it is gas despite the last feed she had was 6 hrs ago just to make sure she has one feed at night. Doctor and we were clear that all those disciplines come much later and more so for pre term babies. I also asked the neonatal nurse during her home visit to explain the right swaddling but despite clear guidance she made a right swaddle in unsafe position for girl. We had to intervene again and again.
She also has unhygienic habits of not using hand sanitiser and keep touching baby face etc.
her at our home was more of a drama Center by her than we getting peace. After her leaving it was more mental peace.
I would never recommend her to any one.

This review is very upsetting as it is very untrue and falsely accusing me of things I didn’t do. I actually did take great care of the baby and was praised for feeding baby well and told they couldn’t have done this without me and was very happy I was there so she was able to put on good weight and teach them.
This client was very very anxious about their baby and early arrival and time in hospital etc I reassured and supported them and took good care of them but unfortunately they were not able to work with my advice and practice and it became very difficult to work with them due to their anxiety and reluctance to follow my advice . I told them and i tried to work it out with them.
I expressed that I was not happy with the way the parents wanted to work with me and unfortunately things came to a head when I was shouted at and even physically threatened and so I decided to leave as I longer felt safe. I did wish them the best and apologised that it had not worked out even though I had been wronged as I am a professional and do my utmost to be polite and respectful to all my clients. The job was on a trial basis as I had not met the parents or been in their home but only spoke on the phone etc I only did a few days and now it’s nearly a month later that this really malicious review has been written about me.
I have been a Maternity nurse for 20 years plus and am very passionate person and love my work and give my best to all my clients.
I am happy to explain/discuss this further with anyone who wishes to as I strongly believe I did best and am very confident and happy with my practices as a Maternity Nurse and have very high standards of care for my clients.
Further Response to review :
1. How is it a mistake if he benefited from my help, teaching and advice and actually praised me for feeding baby better and more than them and so as a result the baby gained good weight and was progressing very well.
2. I am educated and worked in speech and language therapy and so how can he say I don’t understand basic instructions.!!
3. The baby was not be starved or over fed as I and parents have written records showing feed times and amounts. Nearly all feeds were done in front of parents and or by them.
4. I have photo evidence that shows that baby was not put to sleep in an unsafe position
5. I refused to use his hand sanitizer as it causes my hands/knuckles to get dry and cracked therefore I prefer to wash my hand instead and did so before touching baby.
6. I was not instructed by any neonatal doctor nor did I ever meet him. I am an experienced maternity nurse for over 20years and have references that confirm my good practice.
7. I was not fired at all as I’ve explained that I left on my accord because the dad was shouting at me.
8. I am up several times at night as I listen/hear baby and observe and record all the baby does.
Rifat came to help me with our 5 month twins. They were sleeping in a sling during the day and co sleeping with me at night. We hired her after getting some lovely references from other mums.
Rifat is genuinely very passionate about babies and was almost more excited than me about their progress. She had a real way with our babies who responded so well with her. She not only helped with their sleep but also looked after their every need giving me lots of ideas. In the 3 days she came, she managed to get them sleeping in a cot for their naps and at night. Their sleep is still a work in progress but the situation has massively improved, she has remained in contact so that I can ask for her support when needed.
