Broberts
part-time nanny in Chiswick - Mondays and Tuesdays (15 hours per week), starting in September
About Me
Hello
We live in Chiswick near Chiswick park tube / South Acton overground and we are in walking distance to the High Road and the children’s school. We have a son who is 10 and a daughter who is turning 4 and starting Reception in September
My Requirements
We are looking for a PART-TIME, after school nanny, to start from early September.
Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 3.15 - 7.15 pm (12 hours per week) We would ideally like to find someone who can do extra hours on those days in the school holidays.
The main duties would be to pick up both children from school in Chiswick, on some days taking them to an after school activity, helping our son with homework (or just making sure he does it!), preparing healthy snacks and their evening meal and getting our daughter ready for bed. We will take over to do bedtime.
In school holidays, you would be looking after both children during the day so would need to plan some fun activities like going to parks, museums etc
No housework required but kids’ bedrooms and all living areas should be left tidy and organised at the end of the day.
Sadly our current nanny will be moving on when our daughter starts school in September but we would love someone who can become part of our family.
Experience of being in sole charge of children is essential. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is fun, nurturing and loves being with children!
DBS clearance and first aid certificates will also be required. As will relevant references.
If this sounds of interest, please do get in touch and we can have a chat.

Amy has been our nanny for 2 years and since our youngest was 1 years old. From the start she was calm and nothing phased her, including our daughter’s struggle with going to sleep if I wasn’t around. She soon got her into a great routine but in a very gentle way. She has a lovely bond with our children and we feel very lucky to have had her looking after them - especially thinking back to the anxious time returning back to work after maternity leave. I soon felt reassured that my little one was having a wonderful time.
She is competent and resourceful and plans fun activities, also organising days out when our 9 year old is on holidays.
The only reason she is leaving us is because our youngest will be starting pre-school nursery and very sadly we can’t keep her on.
We highly recommend her - she is brilliant
