About Me
Hello, I'm a qualified primary school teacher with 12 years outstanding teaching experience in primary schools. I have worked as a tutor for 4 years; this includes primary and SEN children.
I am now available for tutoring based in Bishops Stortford. I understand a child's learning needs and will be able to support your child throughout their school life.
As well as primary, I also have experience tutoring Looked After Children and those with special educational needs, who may not currently be in mainstream school. Therefore, I available for tutoring during school hours.
1:5 group tutoring is available on Thursday from1:30pm to 2:30pm and 4:15pm - 5:15pm
Qualifications, ID or DBS/CRB certificate is available to be seen upon request

BA Honours Primary Education with QTS. I have worked as a teacher for 12 years. I have also worked in secondary school too.
My Availability
1 hour sessions take place between
In person: Monday to Thursday, between 09:30am and 2:30pm
Online: Monday and Wednesday, 4pm to 5pm
Group in person: Thursday, 4:15pm to 5:15pm
Term time only, not available during school holidays
Prices are charged per hour, per child.

I charge £18 per hour - 1:5

She was reliable, articulate and helped my daughter a great deal with her preparations. I can heartily recommend Comfort for this subject.
She is very passionate about her work she is gentle but very strict with learning process if your child need more time with one subject she will go back untill everything is clear for her.My child had amazing results on school because of her.
I can't not recommended her work enough.

Comfort is an amazing and very enthusiastic tutor. She is passionate about her work and passes it on to her students. My son started with small group classes and then moved on to private lessons. I am grateful that she put the effort in to adapt to these trying times and now does her sessions online via Zoom. Her sessions give my son the support that lockdown has prevented school from giving. She doesn’t only help in lockdown though! Last summer she prepared my son for his 11+ exam and he was successful! She gave him the confidence and the knowledge to pass the exam and gain opportunities for his future.
My son loves the classes because Comfort is very patient, fun and always has a way of making the lessons enjoyable. I can highly recommend Comfort to anyone!

An amazing and fantastic tutor who is great with young kids and is very kind. My boys have definitely made huge improvements within their learning and I'm very pleased with the progress they have made. Comfort takes her job seriously and is very professional when teaching. She is a confident individual and is experienced teacher who is pleasant to be with, also very easy person to communicate with.
