About Me
Hi, I’m Jo. I’m a friendly, caring and reliable nanny with 21 years’ childcare experience, working with children from newborn to 11 years.
I started my career as a nursery nurse and progressed to Room Leader before becoming a nanny. I have experience with children of all ages, including twins and multiples.
I currently work 2 days a week caring for a 10-month-old and a 2-year-old. I enjoy keeping children active with fun activities, outings, classes and playdates, while creating a happy, safe and nurturing environment.
I have a clean driving licence, a Paediatric First Aid qualification and excellent references. I pride myself on building lovely relationships with both children and parents.
My Experience
I have 21 years’ experience working with children and their families. After completing my BTEC National Diploma in Early Years, I began my career as a nursery nurse, progressing to Room Leader in two busy nurseries.
I then moved into nannying and have had the pleasure of working with several wonderful families. My nannying experience includes caring for children of all ages, organising fun and educational activities, school and nursery runs, attending clubs and classes, arranging playdates and outings, preparing healthy meals, children’s laundry and keeping their bedrooms and play areas tidy and organised.
I’m confident working independently and building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents.
