Fran exceeded all our expectations

Francesca Rance (Fran) was our sons’ sole charge nanny from April 2012 to November 2015. Starting when our first son was 5 ½ months old, our second son was born in October 2013. By employing Fran we could not have made a better decision.

When we employed Fran our expectation was she would take care of our sons’ day to day care, meals, safety and provide a creative environment for their development.

Fran exceeded all our expectations. She provides a professional, kind, caring and loving environment. She encourages and congratulates. She disciplines when appropriate fairly but firmly and is consistent with her approach. Her childcare knowledge is exceptional. Fran’s hard work and professionalism are constant, using any ‘nap times’ to cook, write up the child development record, iron, plan play dates or activities….

She balances adventure and safety perfectly, at swimming lessons, out for walks (in town or country), playing on climbing frames, adventuring in the undergrowth or at the beach.

We have complete trust in Fran, her honesty, her care and are confident that she could and would deal with any emergencies that may arise.

Fran does everything you would expect of an excellent nanny, however it’s more than that, Fran has built a relationship of friendship, trust and love with our boys – it is this relationship that makes the difference.

We now have two well behaved, polite, healthy eating, happy, loving, caring boys for which we have Fran to thank.

There may be many nannies, but there are very few Frans.
