About Me
Hi my name is chelsey.
I have over 7 years experience working with children. I have been a nanny for 5 years, looking after amazing children and creating lots of fun memories.
I have worked with children from ages 0-8. I have also worked as a full time nursery practitioner in a baby room looking after children aged 6weeks -18 months.
I have also completed my level 4 in post natal maternity care
Aswell as being level 3 qualified in children’s learning and development and level 3 in children’s play.
My Experience
I am currently working full time for a family of two amazing children 6 months&2.5 when started.
Previous families I have had the pleasure to work for, we’re two little wild girls who were 7 months and 2.5 when I started, I loved working for them and built a great relationship with the parents, it was sad news when they told me they were moving away. My other family were two young boys 11 months and 3 who I was apart of their lives for 2 years, through the pandemic and getting the eldest ready for school aswell as home schooling through the pandemic. We had lots of fun, creating lots of memories
I have also been a nanny previously too 4 great children! Aged 6 months, 3,5&7 when I started, managing days, organising , planning and most importantly having fun! I still babysit for them now and love the relationship me and the family have together.
I have experience with twins from the ages of 10 weeks old, colic , reflux , premie experience, dairy intolerances , nut allergy needing an epipen.
Attaining Nursery experience is very important, I have great partnership with parents, work as a team, organised, reliable, patient, creative, fun.
I love creating lots of art and craft activities , relaying to the EYFS and my nursery experience for lots of fun ideas and making sure all milestones are being met and educational activities are created!
I love being out and about, parks , woods , finding lots of local playgroups, classes.
I have created great relationships with all my families and extended families when they come down to visit. We all work together as a team and have good communication. I believe I am a very fun, loving , outgoing nanny who’s main priority is making sure the children’s needs are met fully.
I love my job as a nanny, it is one of the most rewarding jobs you could have.
