About Me

Hello Parents/ Carers!

My name is Sierra Sison. I’ve been working in childcare for over 9 years. My experience comes from working in nurseries and as a private nanny, where I worked with children between ages 0-12. I'm equipped with a level 3 NVQ qualification in Early Years Childcare and a range of other training experiences and awards such as Adult and Paediatric First Aid and level 2 award in Food Hygiene and Handling.
I am deeply passionate about childcare because I enjoy being involved in the development of future generations, I revel in seeing the excitement in children’s faces when they achieve major mile stones and over come difficult challenges, I admire their resilience and ability to adapt in different situations, but most of all they can bring out the inner child in me! I think that it is important for children to be around people who can see the world the way they do.

My passion for childcare doesn’t only stem from having worked in childcare over the years, but
also from having strong maternal instincts which became more apparent when I had my son. He
has been the driving force through all of my endeavours and my inspiration. So I understand the
desire to always want the best for our children and how challenging it can be to choose the right
form of care for them.

I would like to offer you confidence and peace of mind knowing that your child/ren will receive
the best form childcare from someone competent who will treat your child no different from
their own. Childcare from a professional and a person you can trust.
