About Me
Hi, my name is Pavlina. I'm originally Czech but moved to London seventeen years ago. I'm now completely fluent in English!
I am a nanny with over twenty years experience. I am very capable with children of all ages.
Like most people I feel rewarded when children enjoy their time with me so I make it a priority to keep them carefully stimulated.
I bring games, I take them outdoors for walks and playgrounds (if they are old enough) I read with them and listen to their stories while sharing a few of my own.
I think that there are many opportunities to guide a child's behaviour, to help them see things from a new perspective and to be more independent so that they are not so easily bored.
I am a person with a background in art and now I run my own part time business designing patterns for fabrics.
I am able to guide children through art and craft projects.
I like to be physically active with things such as yoga, walking, weightlifting, swimming, trekking and more. Naturally I like to encourage children to be active if they can.
I am keen to live a healthy lifestyle so enjoy healthy foods, although I don't tend to follow recipes I have a good grounding in nutrition.
My Experience
I am experienced in looking after children of all ages including newborns, over twenty years experience.
I am currently looking after a 3 months old baby on sole charge basis.
I've also looked after children from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures.
I've helped children through all stages of development. For example I looked after one boy from newborn to school age and I still babysit him from time to time.
I able able to supply references when required.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (net)
My minimum charge is £55 per one session.
If the job is a distance from available public transport, such as late at night, I would expect a taxi to be arranged and paid for.
I would charge a little more for groups of more than two children.

Pavlina has been with us for 5 months, looking after our baby boy - who was just 3 months when she joined us. She has been such a pleasure to have around: so kind with Tommy and deeply engaged with his development and learning. She has been brilliant with weaning him from milk to solids, has helped with the laundry and has generally been a great support for all the family. She is super reliable and hasn't taken a single sick day during her entire time with us. We highly recommend her and are sad to see her go!

Pavlina looked after our baby from when she was about 7 months old. We've had a few nannies over the years and I always find there is a big difference between those who have proper experience looking after babies under age 1 and those who don't! This was a huge non-negotiable for us and we're so happy to have had the trust for Pavlina to watch over our daughter and know that she was in completely safe hands. I'm a bit OTT on cleanliness and Pavlina was really wonderful in respecting this (as she herself is very sanitary and healthy!). She would cook meals for our little one and always suggested healthy recipes and mixing in nutritious ingredients. She was also so lovely with our older toddler and whenever she was around too!

She has been amazing with our baby boy. He loves being with her. She has looked after him since summer 2023. She is always punctual. She has lots of activities planned. Also had some great advice on baby toys and playmats. She takes him out for long walks so he gets fresh air. She always sends an update on his feeds and naps. He is so happy to be with her. Highly recommend.
