My Requirements

I am looking for a child minder who can look after my son during school holidays or all year round really as I start my new job 4th Jan but haven't been able to find anyone who picks up from his school. So I am going to sign him up for the schools after school club. I'm a bit unsure as this is my first full time job after having my son and I haven't had to leave him with anyone else before now. My son is very well behaved and is a beautiful and polite boy But I am clearly biased! He does have a slight speech impediment so anyone who does have some experience may be more suitable, he does have help at school and home but would also be putting my trust in a great child minder who could make him more confident. He is 4 years old and I would be looking for someone from February school hols.
