Hello, I'm Carrie! I'm originally from the North West but have been based in Nottingham for the last seven years, where I have the best job ever looking after little ones and teaching music!
My Experience
During term time I manage a breakfast and after school club at a Primary School, which I combine with peripatetic music teaching. Tjis was a natural progression for me after several years of working as a babysitter, tutor, ad hoc voluntary teaching assistant and children's entertainer! The focus of the clubs is very much on enrichment through play so I have lots of experience delivering fun content relating to music, drama, arts and crafts, dance, multisports and yoga for all age groups across KS1 and KS2. I love my job and feel very privileged to work in such a joyful environment but equally would really relish the opportunity to spend some one on one time with children individually in a babysitting/ tutoring capacity.
I speak fluent French and German (BA Modern Languages) and would love to incorporate this into my work for you if you feel this would be appropriate or helpful!

Monday-Sunday during the day and evening during school holidays.
Weekend evenings during term time.
