She isn’t good with communication. We agreed on a time for the coming days. She stop responding on the day she was supposed to come. Sent an apology the next day saying her screen broke. I decided to try her again and asked if she’d come that day. She stopped responding again which was really frustrating as I badly needed some help.

I’m really sorry you feel this way, however the phone I had ended up breaking completely so I’ve had to get a new phone and number! Think this is more miscommunication as all my previous reviews and references are very positive:)
