My Requirements

A lovely self-contained countryside cottage will be available to rent from July (flexible) in Wykey near Ruyton XI Towns, around 20 minutes from Shrewsbury and Oswestry, close to Baschurch and Packwood Haugh School.

Rent: £900 per month
The cottage has one double bedroom with the option of an additional single room and is set in a peaceful rural location.

Alongside the rental, there is the opportunity for optional paid work with a young, friendly local family.

Optional work available:
• 5–16 hours per week (hours suggested are TOTALLY flexible)
• £15 per hour
• Babysitting
• Dog walking / dog sitting
• Light housekeeping / help around the house

This could suit someone working locally in childcare, teaching, healthcare or nursery work, or someone looking for a flexible housekeeping role alongside other work.

The cottage could suit a single person, couple, or small family, particularly someone working locally.

We are a friendly family with two boys aged 10 & 8 y/o and a dog, living nearby, and would love to find someone kind, reliable, trustworthy and animal friendly.
