About Me
We are a warm, busy family with three children (5,7,9) seeking a kind, organised and proactive nanny/housekeeper to assist with after-school care and general household support. We have a regular nanny who works with us 3/4 days a week we are looking for someone to support her and us when she is not available and days when children have multiple activities and driving requirements!
Driving is essential, and a family car can be provided.
Occasional babysitting and overnight proxy parenting may also be required with notice.

Working Hours:
1-2 afternoons per week with weekend babysitting occasionally.
We are a warm, busy family seeking a kind, proactive, and highly organised After-School Nanny / Housekeeper / Mother’s Helper to assist with childcare and household management.
This adhoc role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and supporting family life behind the scenes. Driving is required, and a car can be provided if needed. Occasional babysitting, proxy parenting, holiday travel and overnight care may be required with notice.
Key Responsibilities
Childcare Duties
- School pick-up and driving children to and from after-school activities
- Preparation of healthy after-school snacks and children's evening meals
- Homework support and school project supervision
- Packing and preparing school and after-school club bags
- Overseeing bath time and bedtime routines
- Occasional babysitting, evening cover, and overnight proxy parenting
Housekeeping & PA Duties
- Grocery shopping and general errands (e.g., post office, dry cleaning)
- Children’s laundry and ironing, including uniform and seasonal wardrobe rotation
- Changing bed linens and laundering towels
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in children’s bedrooms, bathrooms, and play areas
- Toy rotation and organisation; managing storage or donation of outgrown items
Candidate Profile
- Confident driver with a clean driving record (essential)
- Reliable, proactive, and highly organised
- Calm, patient, and naturally engaging with children
- Capable of preparing healthy meals for children
- Enhanced DBS check and excellent references required
- Pediatric First Aid certification preferred
- Italian-speaking is a plus, but not required
