Viva has worked with us for two years and has been a fun, kind and caring support for our children as our childcare needs have changed we really hope that another family gets to spend the time with her and get to know her as we have. She is responsible and reliable and really cares for her charges. She is firm but fun and can handle a wide spread of situations working with our SEN son to make him feel comfortable and stable and being there to support on homework and needs for our now teen daughter, plus keeping us all from falling into complete chaos!. We also can't let her go completely - we are keeping her for some days as she is so supportive and helpful!
