Agreed a time and date a week in advance, but communication became difficult on the day with excessive questioning and last-minute reluctance to attend. Unfortunately came across unprofessional and unreliable.
My experience with this lady was disappointing. From the start, there were excessive questions and requirements that were never mentioned beforehand, including requests for videos and photos of my home. Communication became unnecessarily difficult, and when I politely asked for clear confirmation about the appointment, I was told they would not be coming because of my “attitude.” I was simply expecting straightforward and professional communication throughout.

I couldn't be happier with Saj ! She takes such great care of my baby, ensuring she's always happy, safe, and well looked after. What truly sets her apart is her dedication and initiative—while the baby is asleep or busy playing, she takes the time to clean the house, which has been such a huge help. She's reliable, caring, and truly goes above and beyond. I’ve booked her last minute and she showed up I’m truly impressed and so so thankful to her. Her cleaning service is beyond words too. It’s such a relief to come back to clean house after work. She’s a star. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and hardworking babysitter!

We are very pleased to have Saj as our babysitter. She is very disciplined, reliable and trustworthy. Also like the fact she is comfortable working around any tasks you assign her with the same level of enthusiasm. She has been fantastic helping my wife around with cleaning and housework whilst giving her best to keep our little one entertained. Good work Saj and we are very impressed with you. I would definitely recommend Saj to prospective parents.
