I am a warm, caring, and reliable childcare professional with experience supporting children and young people in both individual family settings and nanny-share arrangements. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to grow in confidence.
Alongside my childcare experience, I have over five years' professional experience in wellbeing, supporting young people through a range of challenges, including mental health and neurodiversity. I have experience working with neurodiverse children and am keen to continue developing my knowledge through further SEN training.
I am patient, organised, punctual, and flexible, and I believe in building trusting relationships with both children and their families through kindness, consistency, and open communication.
I am first aid trained, on the DBS Update Service, and I am currently working towards becoming Ofsted registered.
