About Me

Hi, my name is Laura!
I am currently looking to take on some ad-hoc babysitting alongside my other work commitments. My availability varies from week to week, so I’m unable to commit to regular weekly days. However, I would love to build relationships with families who need occasional childcare and would be happy to arrange bookings on a week-by-week basis depending on my availability.
I am passionate about being creative, and I love bringing that into my time with children. I take great pleasure in keeping children entertained through imaginative play, creative activities, games and adventures. I also love being outdoors and going for walks, so I’m always happy to get out and about with the children and make the most of the day.

Over the past few years, I have worked as a nanny for a number of families and have thoroughly enjoyed it. This has given me a wide range of childcare experience and allowed me to become confident caring for children with different personalities, ages and needs.
I’m particularly interested in helping families who need an extra pair of hands for the occasional day, evening or weekend, rather than requiring a fixed weekly commitment. I’m very happy to communicate my availability each week and arrange childcare around what works for both of us.
