My Summary
About Me
Firstly, I’d like to say a big hello to all you fellow mums and families!
I’m a very proud mum to my two amazing children — my 11-year-old son and my 2-year-old daughter. They are at the heart of everything I do and, in fact, my son is the reason my childminding journey began.
My son was born extremely prematurely at just 25 weeks. Our journey together from those very early days taught me so much about patience, resilience, child development and, above all, just how individual every child truly is.
When he was young, I decided to start my own childminding business. I absolutely loved being a mum and wanted a career that allowed me to be there for my own child while also providing a loving, fun and nurturing environment for other little ones. What started because of my son soon became something I genuinely loved, and I have now been running my own childcare business for many years.
Years later, I became a mum again to my beautiful daughter, who is now 2 and was also born prematurely. Having experienced the premature journey with both of my children has given me a very personal understanding of how different every child’s journey can be. I know firsthand that children reach milestones in their own time and thrive when they are given love, encouragement, patience and the freedom to develop at their own pace.
I’m a bubbly, caring and energetic mum who absolutely loves being around children. I graduated in International Business Management many years ago, but motherhood took my life in a completely different direction — and I’m so glad it did!
As a family, we love getting out and about. Whether it’s soft play, toddler groups, trampoline parks, outdoor adventures, parks or spontaneous days out, I believe children benefit enormously from experiencing different environments, socialising and having plenty of opportunities to explore and have fun.
Learning and development are also very important to me. I believe some of the best learning happens naturally through play, conversation, creativity and everyday experiences. I encourage children to interact, explore, build their confidence and develop their independence, while keeping screen time to a minimum.
I am an Ofsted-registered childminder and have completed Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding Children training, alongside the appropriate background checks required for my role.
Most importantly, I aim to provide a warm, happy, safe and nurturing home-from-home environment. I want every child who comes through my door to feel welcomed, included and cared for as an individual.
My pricing is listed as negotiable because I believe finding the right fit between our families is incredibly important. I want parents to feel completely comfortable with me, my family, the childcare environment I provide and the cost.
Childminding started because I wanted to be there for my son when he was little, but it grew into a career that I truly love. Years later, and now as a mum of two, I’m excited to continue welcoming little ones into our family environment and creating lots of happy memories together. ??
My Experience
I am a qualified Paediatric First Aider, and I hold a current enhanced DBS check registered with the Update Service. I am also an Ofsted-registered childminder.
I’m a proud mum of two wonderful children — my amazing 11-year-old son and my lovely little girl, who is 2. Being a mum is such a huge part of who I am and has played an important role in my passion for providing a caring, nurturing and family-focused environment for the children in my care.
My Qualifications
• Paediatric First Aid trained
• Safeguarding Children training completed
• First-Class BA (Hons) Degree in International Business Management
My Availability
My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
My hourly rate includes all home-cooked meals as well as regular outings and activities.
I love getting the children out and about as much as possible, whether that’s a trip to the park, going for walks, visiting soft play or enjoying places such as trampoline parks. I believe these experiences are a wonderful way for children to explore, socialise, learn and, most importantly, have fun!
I intentionally keep the number of children in my care small so that I can offer a more personal and attentive approach. This allows me to spend quality time with each child, support their individual learning and development, and give them plenty of care and attention alongside my own little one.
My aim is to provide a warm and nurturing home-from-home environment where children feel happy, secure and part of the family, while enjoying lots of opportunities to learn, play and explore.
The fees listed are my private rates.

Finding Danielle was a god send. From the first time I messaged her I felt a good rapport. She was very open to any questions or worries I had. She is a very kind caring person who I truly believe has my child best interest at heart. It was hard leaving my little one when she was so young and my only child, but she is like part of the family now. Always keeping me updated on how my child has been while in her care and messaging if any concerns. She is fully certificated and sent me copies straight away without hesitation. I feel very confident that my baby is well looked after when in her care.

As a first time mum I was a little nervous to leave my little one at first, but Danielles caring nature soon put me at ease and she even sent me updates including photos which was a lovely touch. Danielle shows a genuine interest in my little girls wellbeing and is on hand to offer advice if needed!

Thank you!! Was a pleasure to look after your ray of sunshine! :)
Danielle is a great childminder. Our children were probably the first ones who started going to her and we have to say that she had been absolutely outstanding in her professional services (keeping children engaged, stimulated and motivated). Her daily updates and activity journals are something we look forward to!
Danielle (mother of a beautiful boy) has natural love for children and is very dedicated. She has always been punctual to her child-minding responsibilities and flexible to suit our needs when required.
We are very lucky to have found Danielle and wish her every bit of luck for the future.

Thank you very much for your kind words! :)
Danielle was my ray of hope as I was desperately trying to find some help a few weeks ago kind of last minute. Even though, it was on a very short notice, I was impressed to see she made sure ALL paperwork was properly taken care of before we started. She has a lovely little boy herself, and after school she was carrying for 2 more children, a girl age 8 and a little boy age 3, both of them extremely well behaved. My little Alexander had a great time with everyone, Danielle also made sure to update me through the day. I was extremely nervous to leave my son with someone else for the 1st time ever, but Danielle took that worry away fairly soon 😊. My son will be starting nursery in January, so I’m not really sure when I would be in need of another childminding session, but I would definitely recommend Danielle, especially to super stressed mothers like myself .
