About Me
My wife Molly and I are looking for a Housekeeper in Parktown, Oxford. 40 hours per week. £20 p/h. Job involves cleaning, laundry, and cooking. In the school holiday time, the job will be in Little Tew, half an hour west of Oxford. In the school holidays the job may also involve childcare duties for our two boys (aged 6 and 9).

Caroline has been with us this year, looking after our 2 year old boy and more recently helping with the new arrival. We are moving back to London during the week so she will soon be looking for a new role and all I can say is her new family will be very lucky to have her. Kind, fun, and above all energetic - no TV or YouTube but always making craft stuff, reading, taking our little one on trips and finding local classes to go to, whether it is french classes, singing at the library, or just to watch planes at the aérodrome. Also very patient and adept at dealing with any overtired toddler tantrums that came her way. Whilst on paper she was strictly a nanny for us, she was also v willing to put a family wash on, do some ironing, cook a stew for us all. You have not left us quite yet, and I’m sure we will see you again, but thank you. :)
