My Summary
Maternity Practitioner - Nanny
About Me
Maternity Practitioner and rota nanny with 12+ years of international experience (since 2012) across Italy, the UK, the USA,
Canada, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and Spain. Calm, practical, and hands-on, I have worked in both sole-charge roles and within
larger household teams, including supervising private nursing staff. I hold a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner diploma and have
practical Montessori experience in London. Trusted by Royal and UHNW families, I provide 24/5–6 care, proxy parenting, and
well-planned travel support. I am fluent in English and Italian, culturally sensitive, discreet, and collaborative.
In day-to-day practice, I create clear, age-appropriate routines grounded in EYFS and Montessori principles, supporting children
from newborn care through school age. This includes sleep shaping and sleep training, breast and bottle-feeding support, and
leading the full weaning process from six months: planning weekly menus, creating shopping lists, sourcing ingredients, and
preparing fresh meals across purées and finger foods. I am confident with vegetarian and vegan weaning and no-added-sugar
cooking, tailored to family preferences and routines and aligned with NHS guidance. I also offer allergy-aware meal planning,
potty training, nap transitions, social-emotional development support, school runs, and confident out-of-home management. I
am experienced with twins and multiples, premature babies, and siblings at different stages, keeping everyone on track through
simple systems, tidy play spaces, and consistent boundaries.
Since 2016–2017, I have specialised in postnatal and newborn care, offering 24-hour live-in support (4–6 days per week), rota
placements, and overnight care (8 pm–7 am). I maintain concise care logs and handovers for seamless continuity with parents
and staff, and I coordinate closely with midwives, paediatricians, and lactation consultants when needed.
UK Nanny Award finalist (2025) and nominated again for Nanny UK (2026), recognised for consistent results with newborns
and toddlers, clear household communication, and high professional standards.
My Experience
Started working in childcare since I was 14, graduated in 2012 and moved to United States and started Nanning. Moved back to Europe in 2015 and kept working and live-in and live-out nanny until 2018. Then I transitioned to Post natal care became a qualified Maternity nurse.
Since then I been traveling the world through my work and kept working with new born babies and toddlers.
